    • Welcome to the Winter Semester of the Regional Programme 2021/2022 offered by NGO Academy!

In the following sections, you find all information relevant to register for participation:

      • Overview of the workshops: We invite you to browse through our current offers and discover a great variety of workshops that might be interesting to you and your colleagues!
      • Login to the platform: To register for workshops, you need to login to the platform by using your already existing user (mostly: firstname.lastname) or by creating a new user. (Registration is only open to organisations that have been directly invited by us or one of our partners!) - please check your username and password before the registration
      • Registration - starting on 30 August 2021, 10.00 am (CET): You complete your registration online by accessing the registration page and submitting your preferences. Please note that all participants need to register for workshops individually, each organisation can make use of a maximum of six workshop spots per semester. We will later confirm all registrations depending on capacities and cannot guarantee to be able to fulfil all registration requests.
      • First-come, first-served policy: As demand for workshop spots has exceeded available slots in previous semesters, workshop spots will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. This means, that registration will only be open until the max. number of participants have registered for a workshop. Registrations submitted after this point will be added to the waiting list

Please note: Due to increased demand of workshop spots in previous semesters, we introduced a first-come, first-served policy. We therefore want to give you enough time to browse through our offers, decide which workshops would be most beneficial for you and coordinate with your colleagues before the registration starts.

The registration takes place between 30 August and 5 September 2021. Please find further information regarding the registration process below.

    • We want to provide you with an overview of all workshops that we offer in Winter Semester of the Regional Programme 2021/2022. They take place between September 2021 and February 2022 and are delivered in 4 cities and 5 languages. You are invited to participate in all of them given that
      • you work with an organisation that is eligible for participation in the programmes offered by NGO Academy.
      • your organisation does not exceed the maximum number of registrations that is 6 workshop spots per semester.
      • your language skills meet at least the level B2 of the working language of the workshop.
      • your travel costs are covered by yourself or your organisation.
Please follow the link below to gain all relevant information on the workshops:
    • Please note that the overview consists out of 2 pages and comprises a total of 18 workshops. Numbers Ex, Bx, Cx, Hx, Rx represent physical workshops, while numbers WEx are online webinars and OCx online coaching experiences.

    • With your registration to and participation in the workshops, you agree to the Terms of Participation. They provide a frame of rules of the game for our cooperation. Below we would like to highlight a couple of them. Additionally to this, we ask you for a fair use of our capacities.
      • The Regional Programme 2021/2022 of the NGO Academy is open to all recipients of NGO Academy Scholarships. ERSTE Foundation or one of its partners has granted it directly to each organisation.
      • Participants are free to choose which workshop(s) they want to participate in (considering all other terms of participation). However, they must have a solid knowledge of the relevant working language in order to be able to follow the workshop’s contents and actively participate.

NGO Academy does not cover participants’ travel costs.
